E-Conomic is revolutionizing how small and medium-sized businesses handle payments. As the Product Manager for Smart Pay, you will lead the transformation of payment processes for SMBs in Denmark. Your role will be to drive end-to-end product management, make payment processes more efficient, and continuously contribute to the overall product strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the strategic collaboration with financial services stakeholders, the product trio, and the broader organization to define and drive the Smart Pay roadmap.
- Commercial and operational ownership: Lead the product strategy from conception to commercialization, working together with the broader e-conomic organization on go-to-market efforts.
- Stakeholder collaboration: Manage a product with a strategic partner relationship, ensuring collaboration across e-conomic, including Sales, onboarding, and close cooperation with Support teams and November First.
- Product development: Tackle challenges head-on, breaking them into manageable Epics and User Stories, managing a dynamic backlog, prioritizing what truly makes a difference, and guiding the development team through each sprint.
- Continuous feedback and improvement: Actively engage with customers to understand their pain points, gathering insights that drive the evolution of Smart Pay, with decisions grounded in real-world feedback.
You'll lead a cross-functional product trio, working closely with Line, the newly joined UX Designer, Oana, the Engineering Manager, and Kasper, the Tech Lead. The team is spread across Copenhagen and Romania, and you'll collaborate with various departments and our strategic partner, November First.
