We are seeking an experienced leader to head up the Safety Surveillance Office as a Director. This is a key position within the Safety Surveillance leadership team and Council, reporting to the head of Safety Surveillance.
Main Responsibilities- Provide strategic direction for the team, setting the tone for success.
- Coach and develop team members to achieve their full potential.
- Drive collaboration, efficiency, and effectiveness across various functions.
- Ensure seamless integration of key processes, compliance, and training initiatives.
- Build relationships with vital stakeholders to drive change across Safety Surveillance.
- A master's degree in a scientific field or a related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in drug development, pharmacovigilance, and/or life cycle management.
- Leadership experience and proven ability to lead collaborative teams.
- Proven experience with setting directions and motivating people to be ambitious in their work, and interaction with many stakeholders in a continuously changing environment.
The Safety Surveillance Office is a newly established department within Safety Surveillance in Global Safety and is situated in a global context. In Safety Surveillance, we are responsible for the surveillance of all safety information for Novo Nordisk's products, that are currently marketed or under clinical development.
