About the Role

We are seeking an experienced leader to join our Safety Surveillance team as a Director. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction and coaching to our team members to achieve success.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Provide leadership and set the strategic direction for the team.
  2. Coach and develop team members to achieve success.
  3. Drive collaboration, efficiency, and effectiveness across various functions.
  4. Ensure seamless integration of key processes, compliance, and training initiatives.
  5. Build relationships with stakeholders to drive change across Safety Surveillance.

Requirements

We are looking for an experienced leader with a passion for leadership, driving change, and stakeholder engagement. To be successful in this role, you will have:

  1. A master's degree in a scientific field or a related field.
  2. 5+ years of hands-on experience in drug development, pharmacovigilance, and/or life cycle management.
  3. Leadership experience and proven ability to lead collaborative teams.
  4. Proven experience with setting directions and motivating people to be ambitious in their work, and interaction with many stakeholders in a continuously changing environment.

The Safety Surveillance Office is a newly established department within Safety Surveillance in Global Safety and is situated in Søborg, Denmark.
