Senior Manager, Safety Surveillance Lead

This role offers a unique opportunity to lead a team of Safety Scientists in developing and enhancing the understanding of the asset's safety profile. As a Senior Manager, Safety Surveillance Lead, you will provide scientific and functional leadership, authoring scientific documents, contributing to trial management, and engaging in risk management activities.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Provide scientific and functional leadership to a team of Safety Scientists
- Develop and enhance the understanding of the asset's safety profile
- Author scientific documents and contribute to trial management
- Engage in risk management activities and foster collaboration with stakeholders
Requirements
- University degree in life sciences
- Profound experience in drug development and patient safety
- Solid understanding of global regulatory landscape
- Experience with line management or matrix leadership
- Ability to coach and develop high-performing teams
