Job Summary
The Visual Merchandising Specialist is responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences by creating visually appealing store displays and managing store operations. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance the store's aesthetic appeal.
  • Manage store layouts, window displays, and mannequins to create engaging customer experiences.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to provide high-level service and support sales initiatives.
  • Analyse sales data and use insights to inform visual merchandising decisions.
  • Maintain store inventory levels, manage stock, and optimise storage space.
  • Train and develop sales assistants to achieve excellent standards of service.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
This role requires a strong understanding of visual merchandising principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. You should also have prior experience in retail or customer-facing roles and be familiar with commercial KPIs and sales data analysis.
