This role requires a strong background in survey design and experience working in a consumer insights and/or consulting environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the development of an integrated framework for synthesizing and sharing member feedback and satisfaction, providing actionable recommendations to key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement an integrated approach to delivering membership intelligence, driving actionable recommendations to inform strategies and initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with Global Insights, Service Design, and Performance & Analytics teams to deliver integrated membership intelligence.
  • Stay ahead of membership & loyalty trends, industry benchmarking, and provide integrated intelligence to inform strategies and initiatives.
  • Drive the adoption and application of membership intelligence across the organization, driving commercial recommendations for membership initiatives and activities.

About You:

  • Strong background in survey design.
  • Experience working in a consumer insights and/or consulting environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey clear and concise recommendations to senior stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated success in driving commercial and/or strategic value through actionable insights.
