Aftersales Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our Aftersales team. As an Aftersales Support Assistant, you will play a crucial role in managing customer claims and complaints, ensuring a seamless and efficient claims process. Your primary responsibility will be to handle claims processing for designated customers or customer groups, aiming to resolve issues promptly and effectively.
You will be part of a collaborative team that works closely with our Quality Department and international colleagues. Your input will be invaluable in ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and process customer claims and complaints efficiently
- Handle claims for specific customers and/or customer groups
- Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues and providing timely support
- Collaborate with the Quality Department and international colleagues to maintain high standards
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our claims handling processes
- Assist in developing new, more efficient methods for streamlining the claims process
Requirements:
- Experience in claims handling is advantageous but not essential
- You are customer-focused and solution-oriented, committed to resolving issues
- Able to make independent decisions while seeking guidance and support when needed
- Comfortable with repetitive tasks but enthusiastic about contributing to process improvements
- You are open to learning more about the furniture industry and are willing to dive into the details when necessary
