This is a 12-month maternity cover position with the potential for permanent employment for the right candidate. As a Lead Transformation Consultant, you will be playing a pivotal role in closing the gap towards a sustainable future. Your key tasks and responsibilities will include:

  • Directing and delivering high-impact global strategic projects that enhance our operational platform.
  • Supporting project owners across functions, business units, and executive management to maximize results by applying core consulting skills in strategic problem structuring, project management, and communication.
  • Exercising effective and proactive stakeholder management, ensuring alignment of expectations and fostering collaborative relationships to support transformation objectives.
  • Championing the change management process and ensuring delivery of benefits, working autonomously or in tandem with change managers across functions to ensure success.

You will get consistent exposure to senior stakeholders and management while working to transform and improve our business from within.
