About the Opportunity:

GAN Integrity Solutions is seeking a Global Business Growth Specialist to join our sales team. As a key member, you will drive business expansion across various markets, leveraging your exceptional sales skills and knowledge of the compliance industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential customers and develop targeted strategies to engage with them.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the sales management and marketing teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with key decision-makers at assigned markets, effectively communicating the value proposition of our compliance platform and addressing any objections or concerns.
  • Business Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of prospects' needs, understanding their business processes, identifying projects, determining requirements, and ascertaining potential solutions.
  • Sales Performance Metrics: Monitor and track sales performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to ensure optimal results.

Requirements:

  • Proven Track Record: Possess previous successful sales experience, preferably in the SaaS industry.
  • Industry Knowledge: Have a deep understanding of the compliance industry and its challenges.
  • Sales Skills: Possess excellent sales skills, including cold calling, account-based selling, and objection handling.
  • Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent communication (verbal, written, and presentation) and interpersonal skills (outgoing and personable).
  • Organizational Skills: Demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Adaptability: Show coachability and adaptability, being open to feedback and willing to adjust strategies as needed.
