About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead our flat roof insulation segment across Norway, Denmark, Sweden, and Finland. This is a key opportunity for a strategic thinker who can balance technical expertise with commercial insight.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement product strategies to meet revenue and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Work closely with production, sales, and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Manage and optimize the product portfolio, introducing new products and phasing out obsolete ones.
  • Provide expert knowledge to support sales forces and drive exceptional sales projects.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in product management or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in working with technical aspects of products – ideally in the building industry.
  • Strong strategic and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing market demands.
  • A technical background in engineering, building construction or similar.
