Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure compliance with company guidelines and external regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve quality issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and optimize production workflows.
  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and report on quality metrics to ensure continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience in a quality assurance or control role.
  • Proficiency in using Photoshop, Camera Raw, and Bridge.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Desired Skills:
  • Knowledge of quality management systems and processes.
  • Experience with root cause analysis and problem-solving techniques.
  • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills.
