Seeking an experienced, driven and detail oriented Freelance Project Manager to lead groundbreaking construction projects in Copenhagen.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead & Execute: Oversee the complete design and construction process, ensuring adherence to quality, budget, timelines and safety protocols.
  • Team Leadership: Guide and coordinate with civil design consultants, factory teams, and process engineers to harmonise design and site activities.
  • Project Management: Prepare and monitor detailed time schedules and tender documents, manage contractor claims and ensure effective budget management.
  • Health & Safety: Implement a robust health & safety framework, working closely with the Site Safety Supervisor to ensure compliance and safeguard project teams.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear, proactive communication with core teams and stakeholders, ensuring alignment and timely project delivery.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering, with a strong focus on project management.
  • Experience: hands-on project management experience, leading large-scale projects.
  • Experience in industrial projects is highly desirable.
  • Skills: Excellent project management capabilities, strong leadership, and negotiation skills. Familiarity with PRINCE2 methodology is essential.
  • Languages: Proficiency in English is mandatory. Danish language skills are a significant plus.
  • Other Requirements: Must hold a valid driver's license.
