Join Our Clinical R&D Legal Team

We are seeking a highly skilled Legal Specialist to join our Clinical R&D Legal team for a one-year maternity cover position. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clinical organization with contract negotiations and providing legal advice and guidance on various topics.

Your New Role

As a Legal Specialist, you will be responsible for drafting, negotiating, interpreting, and amending various contracts related to our global clinical studies, including clinical trial agreements, confidentiality agreements, and master services agreements. You will work closely with Clinical Operations and other related departments to ensure seamless collaboration and effective contract management.

Requirements
  • Law degree in at least one EU jurisdiction
  • Experience from a private company or law firm in drafting, negotiating, interpreting, and amending international contracts, preferably within the clinical area
  • Experience with GDPR is beneficial but not a requirement
  • Experience in driving and improving processes, including advanced stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Global mindset and fluency in English
