Job Title: Clinical R&D Legal Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical R&D Legal Specialist to join our team for a one-year maternity cover position. As a key member of our Clinical R&D Legal team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clinical organization with contract negotiations and providing legal advice and guidance on various topics.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, negotiate, interpret, and amend various contracts related to our global clinical studies, including clinical trial agreements, confidentiality agreements, and master services agreements.
  • Work closely with Clinical Operations and other related departments to provide legal support and guidance.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant laws, regulations, and industry developments to ensure compliance and provide expert advice.

Requirements:

  • Law degree in at least one EU jurisdiction.
  • Experience from a private company or law firm in drafting, negotiating, interpreting, and amending international contracts, preferably within the clinical area.
  • Experience with GDPR is beneficial but not a requirement.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A global mindset and fluency in English.
