About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and structured Procurement Specialist to join our Product & Procurement team at Hobbii. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for securing the best products for our rapidly growing business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Placing replenishment orders for NOOS products for yarn and accessories
  • Invoice approval and communication with suppliers, the warehouse, and other stakeholders
  • Updating master data and ensuring orders are placed and delivered on time
  • Monitoring performance and taking action if there are fluctuations
  • Handling ad hoc tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of our procurement processes
Requirements
  • At least 3-4 years of experience in purchasing or supply chain management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written
  • Danish work permit required
