We're a digital transformation studio, consulting and executing digital excellence strategies that enhance the consumer path for our clients – from e-commerce experiences to mobile apps, corporate sites and creative online identities.

As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in delivering stellar products for high-impact clients. Your primary focus will be on coordinating project execution, ensuring seamless communication among team members and stakeholders, and maintaining impeccable organizational skills.

Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Project Coordination: Work closely with the management team to plan, organize, and execute multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and exceeding client expectations.
  2. Communication and Collaboration: Facilitate effective communication among team members, stakeholders, and clients, fostering a culture of transparency and trust.
  3. Organizational Excellence: Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, including attention to detail, multitasking, and time management, to maintain a smooth workflow and meet deadlines.
  4. Administrative Support: Provide day-to-day administrative support to the management team, handling tasks such as correspondence, scheduling appointments, and travel arrangements.
  5. CORPORATE RESPONSIBILITY: Contribute to creating a diverse, inclusive, and accepting work environment, promoting a healthy work-life balance and encouraging open communication among team members.

About this position:

This is a part-time or full-time opportunity (16-40 hours per week), with flexible work hours to accommodate your needs. We value sustainability and prioritize a healthy work pace, recognizing that 6-8 hours is sufficient for a productive day's work.
