SalaryThe estimated annual salary for this role is approximately DKK 1,200,000 (dependent on qualifications and experience), offering a competitive remuneration package that reflects the importance of your contribution to our organization.
Job DescriptionThis exciting opportunity lies at the intersection of compensation and benefits strategy, requiring a highly skilled professional to drive initiatives related to total compensation frameworks, incentive programs, and reward principles. As Global Comp & Ben Specialist, you will be instrumental in establishing a comprehensive framework for the group, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure effective delivery, and driving internal projects such as gender pay gap analysis.
You will work closely with the Group HR team to handle the full employee HR life cycle, including talent acquisition, employer branding, data management, analytics, learning and development, employee relations, and business partnering. Your expertise in Excel and PowerPoint will be invaluable in creating engaging presentations and reports to support key decisions.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Relevant experience from a similar role in an international company
- Experience working with various internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint user
- Full proficiency in English
