As the Head of Medical Affairs Denmark, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of highly dedicated medical advisors and develop their skills to deliver high-quality projects and initiatives.
Set Direction and Integrate Scientific and Business NeedsYou will be responsible for setting direction for our medical communication, evidence generation, and collaboration with external stakeholders to ensure excellent understanding of our products and their benefits for patients.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the Affiliate Medical Affairs function by delivering on medical strategies and enabling a thriving and inspirational working environment.
- Develop the Medical Affairs team to deliver high-quality projects and cross-functional activities to meet evidence and communication needs of healthcare professionals and payers.
- Communicate and collaborate with external clinical experts across current and future therapeutic areas.
- Ensure cross-functional collaboration with internal local, regional, and global stakeholders, as well as external stakeholders.
- Ensure high quality in all activities and initiatives and carry budget responsibility for Medical Affairs activities in Denmark.
To be successful in this role, you will need a master's degree in Life Sciences and extensive background in Medical Affairs within the pharmaceutical sector.
You will also need to demonstrate proficiency in navigating legislation and adhering to regulations for the pharmaceutical industry, as well as people leadership and strategic planning experience with strong communication skills.
Fluency in Danish and English is also required.
About the DepartmentYou will play a vital role within our CMR LT team, reporting directly to the Head of CMR Denmark. Joining us means becoming an integral part of a passionate and committed Danish leadership team dedicated to achieving excellence and making a meaningful impact on patients' lives.
