As a Medical Affairs Administrative Assistant with Merck Gruppe - MSD Sharp & Dohme, you will play a vital role in supporting our dynamic Medical Affairs team in Denmark. Your primary focus will be on providing essential administrative support, ensuring seamless operations and facilitating collaboration between global teams and local collaborators.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and administer core medical affairs activities, including consultancy meetings and medical education events
  • Process purchase orders, payment requests, and manage budgets using SAP
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for external collaborators, guaranteeing clear communication and compliance with local requirements
  • Liaise between MA global teams and local collaborators to enhance operational efficiency and compliance
  • Optimize operating procedures to boost overall productivity
  • Support new hires in the Medical Affairs team during onboarding
  • Manage ad-hoc projects initiated by the Medical Affairs team
  • Maintain adherence to all internal and external ethical standards throughout your responsibilities

You will thrive in this role if you possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities. Additionally, proficiency in Danish and English, along with advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills, is highly desirable. Experience with event planning and coordination, as well as knowledge of SAP for financial document processing, are also valuable assets.

This exciting opportunity offers a competitive salary of around €60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
