In this role, you will be part of a central team in Novo Nordisk Quality, where you will be onboarded and trained as a Learning and Development Coordinator. Later, you will join the training team in CMC Scaling & Development, which is a part of Global People and Organisation.

As a Learning and Development Coordinator, you will be responsible for setting up and maintaining training setups in the system, communicating with internal stakeholders, and driving onboarding and training of training coordinators. You will also participate in or drive projects, make recommendations, and facilitate meetings with project members and stakeholders.

  • Demonstrated expertise in training administration processes and systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and topics simultaneously.
  • Fluency in English and Danish, both spoken and written.
