Operations Development Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Strategic Learning Manager at Novo Nordisk A/S. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our business by developing and implementing strategic training initiatives. As a Strategic Learning Manager, you will work closely with our Senior Vice President (SVP) and Chief Vice President (CVP) Training Partners and Professionals to drive business performance and growth.
About the Role
This dynamic role involves coordinating and implementing strategic training initiatives across various departments. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop targeted solutions. As a Strategic Learning Manager, you will leverage your expertise to drive business performance and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic training initiatives to drive business performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation
- Maintain accurate records and reports to track progress and outcomes
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
Requirements
We are looking for a candidate with:
- Minimum 4 years' experience working in training or a related field
- Bachelor's degree or higher in training and development, education, or equivalent
- Experience in facilitation and training delivery
- Relevant certifications, such as Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
