We provide real-time and predictive electricity signals, allowing devices to reduce their cost and emissions by optimizing energy consumption. Our commercial API is used by the world's largest enterprises, and we've raised funding to accelerate our growth.
The Role
We're looking for an experienced Growth Lead to drive our revenue growth by refining our product positioning, messaging, and packaging. You'll work closely with our leadership team and account executives to build the marketing playbook and function from scratch.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Use competitive analysis and customer research to position our product in a way that resonates with target audiences and differentiates our brand in the market.
- Craft compelling product narratives and messaging that position us as a thought leader in the industry, resonating with technical and business stakeholders alike.
- Analyze market data, user behavior, and competitor trends to refine personas and segments as well as identify new growth opportunities.
Your Qualifications
- You have at least 5 years of experience in product or growth marketing roles in high-growth B2B enterprise startups.
- You excel at building customer empathy, enjoy building relationships, and proactively engaging with them to understand their needs and refine value propositions.
- You have a strong technical intuition and curiosity to learn the product and understand our customers deeply.
- You're an excellent storyteller, able to translate our technical product into compelling marketing messages with vision and ambition.
