About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead our Aseptic Filling Support team at Novo Nordisk A/S. As a key member of our Aseptic Manufacturing department, you will be responsible for setting the direction for the team, providing clear paths towards success, and securing timely handling of production issues, problem-solving, and improvements.

About the Team

Our Aseptic Manufacturing department is part of Novo Nordisk, a leading global healthcare company. We deliver products for the treatment of haemophilia disorders. Our team is responsible for the aseptic filling of vials and cartridges, and we work closely with other departments to ensure the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Aseptic Filling Support team to achieve high performance and quality standards
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve processes and reduce costs
  • Collaborate with department management and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities for team members
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation in aseptic filling operations

Requirements

  • Relevant Master's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in aseptic manufacturing or a related field
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving process improvements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
