About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Rewards Manager to join our team at Scandinavian Tobacco Group Tobacco Service B.V. As a key member of our Global HR team, you will play a crucial role in executing our rewards strategies and supporting the different Executive Board areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Compensation Planning: Serve as the single point of contact for the Executive Board areas you support, representing the Centre of Excellence (CoE) and providing expert advice on compensation matters.
  • Annual Compensation Review: Support the annual compensation review process, including total rewards matters linked to organizational changes, pay transparency, capability building, performance management, benchmarking, and other relevant metrics.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in our rewards and recognition programs, ensuring they remain competitive and aligned with business objectives.
  • Stakeholder Management: Execute well-established stakeholder management skills, effectively persuading and asserting your position with senior leaders while maintaining a collaborative approach.
  • Business Acumen: Comprehend and integrate business perspectives into rewards strategies, staying close to external market trends and assessing relevant metrics throughout the company.
  • Project Management: Lead various global rewards projects to prepare STG for the future, responding to ad hoc reporting and analysis requests, and preparing presentations with findings and recommendations.
Requirements
  • Education: Master's in Business Administration, Human Resources, or similar relevant academic background.
  • Experience: 5+ years' experience in the field of Rewards, with 2+ years' experience in senior stakeholder management.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and presentation abilities, ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, proficiency in relevant HR and compensation systems and tools, and experience in project management is a plus.
  • Language: Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
