We are seeking a highly skilled Strategy Consultant to join our Global Digital Transformation Program. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our strategic direction and implementing projects that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop decision-making material, including analysis, for senior management
  • Support the Head of PMO Lead in driving our Digital Transformation forward
  • Engage with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring clear communication of project status, risks, and issues
  • Provide analysis work, both quantitative and qualitative, in assessment tracks
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement within the PMO and contribute to the development of best practices and tools
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a 10-tier one consulting firm or a similar function in corporate strategy and transformation
  • Strong problem-solving toolbox and timely project execution
  • A structured and analytical approach to work, capable of synthesizing input from multiple sources into a cohesive plan
  • Project stakeholder management skills, enabling influence, persuasion, and negotiation with senior stakeholders and diverse teams
  • Good communication skills, facilitating clear, concise, and impactful messaging
  • Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with experience in digital transformation beneficial
