About the Job

We're on a mission to empower consumers and businesses through trust and transparency. As a key member of our Salesforce team, you'll contribute to this vision by leveraging your expertise in Salesforce administration.

Main Responsibilities
  • Optimise our CRM platform using your knowledge of Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration.
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, workflows, and other automation tools within Salesforce.
  • Evaluate, install, and configure third-party applications from the AppExchange marketplace.
  • Collaborate with the team to create a comprehensive Salesforce strategy and roadmap.
Required Skills
  • Certified Salesforce Administrator with 3+ years of experience in Salesforce administration.
  • Advanced knowledge of Salesforce automation tools, including Process Builder, Flow, and Workflow Rules.
  • Experience with Lightning platform, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
