Engineering Manager to Expand Pharma Automation Team

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our expanding pharma automation team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions while driving the continuous development of both individual employees and the team as a whole.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead an international team of 10-15 automation engineers across three locations
  • Ensure job satisfaction and development through visible and present management
  • Handle planning and resource allocation in relation to employee participation in projects
  • Secure quality solutions via responsiveness to customer wishes, forward-looking planning, and good coaching
  • Recruit new employees to support the growth strategy and potential
  • Contribute to overall planning and handling of operational challenges as part of the management team in Pharma Operations and the Extended Management Team in Energy Industries

Requirements

  • Experience with management and/or project management, including clear communication with team members
  • Great motivation for people management and a desire to help employees grow
  • The ability to spread optimism and courage to take new paths to team members
  • Knowledge of automation projects and/or pharma
  • Motivation for working with GxP and high-quality requirements in pharma production
  • Motivation to continuously develop and improve team processes and tools
  • Good communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively in both Danish and English
