Job DescriptionAs a postdoctoral researcher, you will work under the supervision of Professor Anders Krogh and contribute to the development of deep generative models, quantum computing, and their applications to medical data. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and applying machine learning and quantum computing techniques to protein-ligand binding and other biological or medical applications.
- Collaborating with theoretical and experimental collaborators in math and physics to advance our understanding of complex biological systems.
We seek a highly motivated individual with a strong background in bioinformatics, computational biology, or a related field, and a passion for exploring the intersection of artificial intelligence and biomedicine.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you should have:
- A PhD and MSc in bioinformatics, computational biology, or a similar field.
- Excellent programming skills in Python and PyTorch, with experience in machine learning and generative models.
- Strong expertise in molecular modeling and dynamics of proteins.
- Good understanding of mathematics and statistics.
- Fluency in English.
