We are seeking a highly motivated Data Scientist to join our team at the Department of Computer Science, University of Copenhagen.

Job DescriptionThis senior postdoc position involves research on machine learning and quantum computing applied to protein-ligand binding and other biological or medical applications. The successful candidate will contribute to the development of deep generative models and work with theoretical and experimental collaborators in math and physics.
Responsibilities- Conduct research on machine learning and quantum computing for biomedical applications.
- Develop deep generative neural networks for health data science.
To be eligible for this position, you should have a PhD and MSc in bioinformatics, computational biology, or a similar field. You should also have solid experience in machine learning, programming in Python and PyTorch, and expertise in molecular modeling and dynamics of proteins.
What We OfferThe position comes with a competitive salary of around €85,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. You will also have the opportunity to work with leading researchers in the field and contribute to cutting-edge projects.
