About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Organisational Change Partner to join our IT & Automation team in the Fill & Finish Expansions program. As a key member of our team, you will support the design and delivery of our future, automated expansions, driving effective change and communications.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute change management strategies, plans, and tactics to support the portfolio and objectives of the programme.
- Collaborate closely with Automation leads and specialists across geographies to support change readiness and project execution.
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and to our OCM toolbox.
- Develop and deliver training & adoption initiatives to support operational readiness.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Change Management, Business Administration, Psychology, Behavioural Change, Communications or another related field.
- Between 2 years to 5 experience in OCM with a proven track record driving change projects or programmes, delivering communications and training to support change initiatives.
- In-depth understanding of organisational change management processes, methodologies and tools.
- Excellence in written and oral English.
- Experience working in an Agile or programme management setup is a plus.
