Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Bid Manager to join our growing team in Allerød, Denmark. As a key member of our Surveillance Radar team, you will be responsible for managing proposals from commencement to contract award, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining sales and product data across the organization.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in sales support functions with technically advanced solutions to the defense industry, preferably with radars and surveillance systems. You will work closely with our Sales Directors, System Engineers, Market Management, and Business Development teams to develop bid/proposal win strategy and value proposition.

This role requires strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize multiple tasks, and effective communication with stakeholders. You will also be responsible for documentation management and control for proposals during and up to contract award.

A relevant educational background within engineering and/or business is essential. Proven track record in Bid Management and demonstrated ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment are also required. Strong English language skills (spoken and written) are a must.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in sales support functions with technically advanced solutions to the defense industry

  • Relevant educational background within engineering and/or business

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including travel opportunities. The estimated annual salary for this position is around DKK 600,000 - 800,000 depending on qualifications and experience.
