About the Role

As a key member of our Environmental Sustainability team, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating the green transformation of our ambulance business. You will work closely with stakeholders to develop and implement sustainability strategies, ensuring alignment with our ambitious CO2 reduction targets.

The successful candidate will have experience navigating complex organizations and engaging diverse stakeholders to achieve shared goals. A strong background in stakeholder management, project development, and strategic thinking is essential. Additionally, proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel is required.

  • Develop 2032 transition plans for Ambulance Western Europe, Ambulance Eastern Europe, and Ambulance USA business units in collaboration with operations and environmental experts.
  • Support CO2 reduction projects from idea to execution, ensuring delivery of agreed benefits and tracking progress toward targets.
  • Provide support to commercial teams, developing responses to customer tenders and questionnaires.
  • Coordinate with colleagues to help develop initiatives and decide on areas within sustainability to focus on.
  • Jump in to support the business as needed with skills and expertise to identify opportunities for improvement in services.
