Job Description
This role plays a vital part in translating our Northern European innovation pipeline into commercial reality. As a Digital Transformation Business Growth Manager, you'll lead concept and design, commercialization of each project, and ensure perfect activation across all touchpoints.
Your Key Accountabilities
- Inspire Customers and Trade
- You will ensure all innovation has clear consumer and customer needs.
- Lead the commercialization of our innovation pipeline, working with marketing and sales to ensure our organization is set up for commercial success with all launches.
- You will work with a cross-functional team of Brand, Activation, and NRM to lead excellent launch, champion, and exit plans, interventions when needed, and ensure we deliver our AOP.
- Partner with Marketing to ensure clear review and course accurate where needed for all Northern Europe launches.
- You will delegate effectively and influence across levels to make things happen.
- You can find solutions for business challenges and ensure internal barriers do not get in the way of external success.
- You have a deep understanding of customer needs, and can use this insight to develop your projects.
About You:
- You have 10+ years of experience in commercial, marketing, or other business functions with a consistent track record in business delivery.
- You possess exceptional project management skills, ability to work with ambiguity, and pace with multiple projects.
- You have an outstanding ability to build and nurture genuine relationships based on mutual trust and respect.
- You successfully manage senior team members at all levels, contributing to strong and positive outcomes.
- You have a history of working across media, digital, experiential, PR, culture, social, and with external agencies.
- You are experienced in working across multiple markets/countries.
