We are seeking a seasoned project manager to oversee IT infrastructure projects for our new and existing customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize project management expertise to drive project success in the sales phase.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, encompassing overall, milestone, and detailed planning.
  • Establish project scope, create a structured approach, and define and manage risk and issues.
  • Effectively manage stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and reporting at all relevant levels, both internally within Aeven and with customers.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive engagement.
  • Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with business cases, including accurate invoicing.
  • Execute projects in alignment with Aeven's established project models.
  • Contribute to the development and growth of the project management discipline and community within Aeven.

The Team

As a member of our project organization, you will be part of a dynamic team of approximately 60 managers, fostering a collaborative environment built on teamwork and open, honest communication.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A strong interest in the IT outsourcing industry, coupled with a natural ability to understand customer value and deliver to customer satisfaction.
  • A Master's degree and at least 3 years of project management experience within IT infrastructure projects.
  • Excellent planning and forecasting, risk management, budgeting, tracking, and monitoring skills.
  • Knowledge and experience with various project management methodologies.
  • Experience with meeting facilitation and conflict management.
  • Advanced expertise in one or more IT infrastructure areas, such as Cloud, Networks, SAP, Transitions, and others.
  • A comprehensive project management toolkit, including MSP and JIRA.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
  • Adaptability and a talent for influencing others.

Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken, is required. Please submit your application and CV in English.
