We are seeking an experienced Portfolio Lead to join our team in Novonesis. As a key member of the Global Portfolio Team (Human Health Biosolutions), you will play a critical role in defining the long-term strategy and portfolio for the Mental Health area.

The ideal candidate will have a strong scientific and business background, with experience in driving innovation and growth in global markets. You will be responsible for leading the Mental Health Global Portfolio life-cycle management process, identifying growth drivers, and optimizing initiatives to improve performance and profitability.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Commercial and Science Leads, to ensure alignment and success. Additionally, you will be responsible for mastering the need for commercial GINs and securing the overview of key portfolio data and documentation required for the Mental Health Category strategy and tactics.

Potentially relevant experience:

  • Strong scientific and business culture
  • Demonstrated track-record in science-based developments
  • Familiarity with B2B and B2C food ingredients value chains
