Capgemini Denmark is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Salesforce transformation efforts. As our new Senior Salesforce Transformation Lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing winning proposals, modern delivery approaches, and competitive estimations. You will guide CxOs in their decision process to select Salesforce technology and/or Capgemini as their trusted transformation partner within Digital Customer Experience (DCX).
Key Responsibilities:- Build strategic relationships with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions.
- Lead the design and implementation of complex multi-cloud, enterprise-scale transformations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of projects.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have extensive experience in solution selling, C-suite engagement, enterprise architecture, and delivery. You will also be skilled in integration expertise, governance, and risk management. A proven track record of leading and mentoring other architects and technical teams is essential. Additionally, you should have a deep understanding of industries such as Telco, Energy, Public Sector, Automotive, and Manufacturing.
