Senior Learning Solutions Developer

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Learning Solutions Developer to join our dynamic team at Agilent Technologies. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative education solutions that cater to the needs of our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop comprehensive training programs using instructional design principles, incorporating various formats such as instructor-led, virtual training, and online eLearning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve curriculum and course content issues, ensuring alignment with product support, product managers, regional specialists, customers, and industry leaders.
- Maintain high standards in training development, adhering to guidelines, quality, and regulatory requirements throughout the product life cycle.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technical expertise in Gas Chromatography and analytical chemistry methodology, applying knowledge to create effective learning experiences.
- Project manage education product development with vendors and consultants, ensuring timely and successful implementation.
- Support the deployment of courses to local delivery organizations, facilitating a seamless transition from R&D to delivery.
- Deliver select training sessions through various mediums, including video and virtual modalities, effectively engaging learners.
- Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD degree in a related field, such as analytical chemistry.
- Several years of relevant work experience, including experience working in regulated laboratory environments.
- Excellent working knowledge of Agilent OpenLab CDS software platform.
- Familiarity with Agilent Gas Chromatography systems and techniques, including method workflows and GC method development.
- Practical experience with Agilent GC troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Strong English writing and communication skills.
