Senior Marketing Programs Manager, Diagnostic Solutions

This opportunity is part of the Global Marketing Programs team – a high-performance team that brings new products, services, and breakthrough marketing approaches into the market faster and more efficiently than ever before. The position offers the chance to blend business, creative, and technical savvy to develop and manage global marketing programs for the Diagnostics and Genomics Division, driving growth and improving our customers' experience with Agilent.
The role involves working across multiple functions and geographies to lead cross-functional teams in marketing program identification, development, and execution for successful promotion and revenue growth of the portfolio.
A key aspect of this position is creating innovative marketing program strategies to gain market share for Anatomical Pathology & Digital Pathology solutions. This requires collaboration with Regional Marketing Program Managers, field and channel partners to analyze competitive information, market, and customer data. Effective program development must meet multi-regional needs while ensuring global efficacy and aligning execution.
Ongoing responsibilities include collaborating with product managers and marketing communications professionals to develop strategic product messaging and positioning that translates into marketing collateral, promotion, and commercialization plans.
Financial analyses are performed, building cases for programs, identifying target audiences and offers, working with marcom to develop program plans, defining content requirements, measuring and evaluating short- and long-term impacts, and implementing corrective actions and continuous improvement of program strategy & design.
Key qualifications include being located in Denmark, holding a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Chemistry, Biological Sciences, Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent, post-graduate certification, and/or license may be required, 8+ years of experience for entry to this level, 5+ years of demonstrated results in a marketing, sales, or business development role, experience developing B2B marketing programs and campaigns targeting scientists/labs, proven results orientation, effective project management and interpersonal skills, clear and compelling writing skills, strong oral communication skills, strong content presentation skills, ability to work collaboratively with a diverse group of individuals, and strong initiative and creativity.
