At Arla Foods amba, we're seeking a Production Finance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the financial future of our organisation.

As a Site Finance Business Partner, you will be responsible for analysing and supporting site performance, driving improvements, and identifying continuous growth opportunities. You'll have the autonomy to implement best practices and provide necessary facts, financial analysis, and business cases, ultimately shaping an efficient production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Create a clear picture of actual and future performance throughout the organisation and ensure strong ownership and understanding of site performance.
  2. Act as a consultant on financial and strategic challenges, ensuring all relevant facts are on the table, and provide financial analyses and drive the financial evaluation of business cases.
  3. Act as the ultimate owner of site numbers: Ensure updated forecasts, transparency, and consistency in numbers to enable effective and forward-looking performance dialogue.
  4. Serve as the primary point of contact between support functions and critical business functions, offering trusted financial guidance and direction.
  5. Be a part of the leadership team on Akafa and Hoco.

The role requires strong analytical skills, business acumen, and the ability to foster a work environment built on trust, respect, and collaboration.
