  2. Manage the full P&L for the US organization, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company policies
  3. Foster a collaborative culture of innovation and operational excellence
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, internally and externally
Requirements:
  • Advanced degree in Engineering or similar (MBA preferred)
  • Proven experience in a leadership role in a similar industry; experience in the appliance industry is an advantage
  • Experience managing a sales budget and/or P&L
  • Strong understanding of corporate finance and performance management principles
