Job Description

As Senior Compliance Officer at Pleo Technologies ApS, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our approach to general compliance within the European Economic Area, ensuring we maintain high standards of security for our customers, regulators, partners, investors, and employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and conduct comprehensive Compliance Monitoring Programmes, ensuring adherence to EEA regulations and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with various business units to embed a robust Risk & Compliance culture, providing 2nd Line oversight and support.
  • Prepare and deliver training on regulatory compliance to relevant employees, fostering a culture of responsible spending.
  • Engage across the organization to ensure risk and compliance are integral components of every decision-making process.
  • Provide subject matter expertise to identify, assess, prioritize, and manage risk, supporting management and operations in problem-solving on regulatory matters.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in governance and compliance within regulated financial institutions.
  • Excellent analytical skills, strong communication abilities, and keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and identify relevant stakeholders.
  • Experience in publicly listed companies is an added advantage.
