Job DescriptionAs a Deputy Manager in our Regulatory Marketing Authorization department, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Leading one of three teams in the new application and maintenance processes for parallel trading;
- Proactively managing a team of ~20 colleagues to create applications for new and existing product licenses for medicines to Authorities;
- Optimizing processes to meet KPIs and stakeholder expectations;
- Supporting the Regulatory and Product Development Management teams in strategy implementation;
- Continuously developing the parallel distribution marketing authorization function;
- Providing regulatory expertise through an in-depth understanding and experience;
- Participating in change management initiatives to increase efficiency in licensing activities;
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of internal and external expectations;
- Managing internal procedures and improvements;
- Ensuring team capacity management;
- Focusing on employee satisfaction.

- The candidate should have proven experience in a similar or relevant role;
- Experience in structured administrative tasks;
- Educated to degree level: a bachelor's degree, preferably in pharmaceutics or regulatory affairs;
- At least 1 year's experience in a leadership position, preferably in pharma/biotech and/or a pharma service organization;
- Fluent in English (written and verbal communication skills).
