We are seeking a skilled Process Manager to join our Engineering team in Copenhagen, reporting to Engineering Team Lead Ayo Feldfos. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with all departments within the organization to drive business growth and minimize the impact of unexpected disruptions.
Key responsibilities include managing and driving the Incident Management Process, adhering to regulatory requirements, facilitating collaboration on Incident response, ensuring Incidents with a client/business impact are resolved as fast as possible, managing external client communication, exercising controls through existing processes, and facilitating Post-Mortem meetings.
To succeed in this role, you will need 5+ years of relevant experience, expertise or experience in Problem and Change Management processes, ideally within finance, solid project management skills, and a good understanding of payments processing and financial IT infrastructure from an operational perspective.
