Executive Director of Operations

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Managing Director to lead and grow our North American organization, including Mexico. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving strategic growth initiatives, managing day-to-day operations, and ensuring the overall success of our business.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Execute Strategic Plans: Create and implement business strategies to achieve our goals and objectives.
- Manage the P&L: Oversee the financial performance of our US organization and make recommendations for improvement.
- Lead and Develop Teams: Provide leadership and guidance to employees, fostering a positive and collaborative work culture.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee all operational activities, including service, sales, and administrative functions, to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
- Drive Efficiency and Profitability: Identify and implement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and profitability.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally.
- Risk Management: Evaluate and mitigate risks to ensure the long-term sustainability of our business.
- Advanced Degree: Hold an advanced degree in Engineering or a similar field (MBA preferred).
- Leadership Experience: Proven experience in a leadership role in a similar industry, with experience in the appliance industry being an advantage.
- Financial Management: Experience managing a sales budget and/or P&L.
- Corporate Finance: Strong understanding of corporate finance and performance management principles.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Strategic Thinking: Demonstrate a strategic thinking approach, with a proven ability to drive business results.
- Intercultural Team Management: Experience building and managing intercultural teams.
- Process-Oriented: Process- and detail-oriented, with a self-driven entrepreneurial spirit.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in software programs such as CRM and ERP systems.
