About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team at HRTechX. As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing our marketing strategy, creating engaging content, and building our brand presence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Email Marketing: Develop and implement email marketing campaigns to promote our products and services.
  • Social Media Growth Management: Manage and grow our social media presence, including LinkedIn, YouTube, and Twitter.
  • Graphic Design: Create visual content that reflects our brand identity and resonates with our audience.
  • Website Management: Design and optimize our website to improve user experience and drive conversions.
  • Analytics: Monitor and analyze our performance metrics to inform our marketing strategy and optimize our campaigns.
  • Paid Advertising: Develop and execute paid advertising campaigns to reach our target audience.
  • Synergy: Collaborate with our sales and product teams to identify content opportunities and inform our marketing strategy.
Requirements
  • Marketing Experience: 2+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing.
  • Content Creation: Proven ability to create engaging content that resonates with our audience.
  • Graphic Design: Proficiency in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Analytics: Experience with analytics tools, such as Google Analytics.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with our sales and product teams.
