About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Director to join our team at HRtechX. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing our marketing strategy to drive business growth and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Email Marketing: Develop and implement email marketing campaigns to engage our audience and drive conversions.
  • Social Media Growth Management: Manage and grow our social media presence across multiple platforms, including LinkedIn, YouTube, and Twitter.
  • Graphic Design: Create visually appealing graphics and visual identity for our marketing channels.
  • Website Optimization: Improve and launch new formats that reflect our brand identity and drive user engagement.
  • Analytics: Measure and analyze our performance metrics across channels to inform data-driven decisions.
  • Paid Advertising: Develop and execute paid advertising campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Synergy: Collaborate with other departments to identify content worth sharing with our audience and inform them of our brand's progress.
