Customer Success Lead France

We are looking for a skilled Customer Success Lead to join our team in France. As a key member of our Account Management function, you will be responsible for driving customer retention and ensuring the maximum value is derived from our products.
The ideal candidate will have experience managing a large portfolio of SME and Enterprise customer accounts, with a focus on achieving high renewal/retention rates. A consistent track record of hitting targets in similar capacity over the past few years is essential. You will also possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with multiple stakeholders.
As a trusted advisor, you will develop long-term relationships with customers, understanding their business objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). You will work closely with internal teams to ensure that Trustpilot delivers against these KPIs, conveying best practice examples that drive ROI. The successful candidate will also act as a valued partner in targeted accounts, upselling our products and discovering new revenue opportunities.
