Job Description
We're looking for a highly motivated Customer Success Lead to join our team. As a key member of our customer service crew, you'll be responsible for leading our internal Customer Service team and managing an external customer service function. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of customer success and drive business growth through effective retention strategies.

About the Team
You'll work closely with our Digital Customer Experience department to research customer behavior, create predictive models of the customer journey, and execute these plans with your team and stakeholders. Our team is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Lead our internal Customer Service team and manage an external customer service function.
- Develop and implement data-driven strategies to enhance customer loyalty and retention.
- Analyze customer behavior and preferences to identify opportunities for improvement.
