We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to lead our Cross-OT IT Automation team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the execution of Cross-OT systems across global sites.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of IT Automation specialists and project managers
- Drive the execution of Cross-OT systems across global sites
- Build and manage a team comprising both internal and external employees
- Deliver Cross-OT solutions to sites under your guidance and technical leadership
- Analyze, design, develop, implement, and maintain automation hardware, software, and processes
- Work across aseptic production, finished production, Warehouse & Intralogistics, and Quality Control facilities
- Make data-driven decisions and compromises with transparency on benefits, risks, and consequences
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Automation/Electrical Engineering, Electronic and computer, Information- and communication technology or similar
- Significant experience in automation technologies
- Excellent communication skills
- Serves as a role model by embodying Novo Nordisk values
- Previous Electrical and mechanical engineering skills and project management skills are a plus
The Fill & Finish Expansions department is a new and exciting area within Novo Nordisk. Our goal is to design and build future-proof Fill & Finish production facilities by establishing strong foundational IT and automation that will enable the facilities to digitally evolve.
