This position involves developing, directing, and managing the Risk Management Framework across the entirety of the Bank, ensuring effective anticipation, identification, measurement, control, and management of operational risk. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of the framework, interacting with Senior Management and Regulators, and advancing risk appetite limits.

The Chief Risk Officer will also be responsible for regulatory reporting of major incidents, participating in and managing projects to drive business development, and maintaining good understanding of relevant legal and regulatory developments. Additionally, they will promote a company-wide risk culture, ensuring first-line ownership and accountability for risk management.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and organisational skills, with a proven track record of experience from leading and developing a successful risk management function. They will have extensive knowledge of risk measurement systems and concepts, as well as establishing relevant Risk and Internal Control Frameworks.
